DESCRIPTION
WaterView is a 226-unit, 15-story luxury apartment building completed summer of 2021. At the ground floor are the residential lobby and amenities including a private dog wash facility and secured bicycle storage as well as over 13,000 sf of retail and restaurant space to provide opportunities for residents and visitors. Levels 2 through 6 provide 5 levels of structured parking to support the project including EV charging spaces. At level 7 are additional residential amenities including a large club room, private conference room & single use workspaces, fitness center and an exterior pool deck & infinity edge pool.
