PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project consists of a 58,100 SF indoor firing range with 10,000 SF of retail areas for sales of firearms and munitions. There are (20) 15-yard firing lanes, (20) 25-yard firing lanes and (8) 100-yard firing lanes as well as a lounge area to view the lanes, a simulation room, a multipurpose classroom, a gunsmith suite, a weapons/ammo vault, executive offices, and back-of-house amenities.

The ranges incorporate a full width bullet trap and targeting system. Double width insulated tilt panel concrete walls separate the ranges and provide acoustic masking from the neighboring businesses and residences. The retail sales areas include backlit displays for equipment with integrated LCD displays.
