The project is a 1007 vehicle, 3-tier open parking structure of approximately 316,000 SF. The ground level is for public parking while secured vehicle access gates allow the elevated decks to be used for secured parking. There are two elevators and three stair towers; these are clad with architectural mesh for added security. Covered walkways to the east and west provide weather protected access.

The garage is constructed of colored precast concrete load bearing panels on the exterior, precast load bearing lite wall panels on the interior and precast concrete double tee member for the vehicle decks and ramps. The project also has a full CCTV security system, card access for employee entrances and LED lighting throughout.
