PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project is a 10,000 square foot, 2-story office and retail building located near downtown Saint Petersburg. The ground floor houses a restaurant and additional space for lease. The second floor is the corporate headquarters for Optimal Outcomes.

The corner tower houses the elevator and stair circulation components and are connected to a private balcony. The building is primarily concrete masonry with a stone veneer and steel joists for floor and roof assemblies. Additional steel elements support the cantilevered balcony.
