project description

The project is a single story resort style restaurant of approximately 7,500 square feet that embraces local Florida vernacular architecture. Amenities include a large multi-level indoor seating area, oyster bar, open-view kitchen and indoor-outdoor main bar. The site is located next to a marina and includes outdoor seating, a tiki bar and a large exterior deck overlooking the adjacent pool.
