DESCRIPTION

The Fishhawk MOB project is a 36,400 SF single story medical facility located in Lithia, Florida. It is designed for multiple tenants, including a +/-12,500 SF ambulatory surgical center with 4 OR suites, sterile corridor, pre and post op recovery areas, a +/- 5,100 SF orthopaedic office with a procedure room, and a physical therapy suite. The building also is the corporate headquarters for Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay. The corporate offices include conference and meeting space, call centers, as well as offices for the managerial team. The central lobby provides for access from the street frontage or the main parking drop-off, as well as the patient and staff parking areas.

The construction includes concrete block walls with steel joists for roof support. Finishes include stucco, stone, bronze accents, and sloped metal roofing.
